I've been looking for the maximum number of install/remove cycles for screws and nuts having nylon or polyester locking elements. What is that number and how do you justify it?

I believe the various MIL spex reference a minimum prevailing torque to determine the nut's suitability for reuse.

Probably best, since a bolt/screw with badly finished threads might ruin the insert on the first install
