Failed to create assembly part family in NX integrated Teamcenter

We are unable to create the instances of assembly part family inside Teamcenter.

Presently we are using Teamcenter 9.1.

When the part family member is being verified it is displaying " failed to apply attributes of generic part ", " an attribute cannot reference a units object in another part".

We checked the attributes but everything was fine.

Please provide the solution.
