Extruding on imported part

Hello guys,

I have received a stepfile which is a simple cylinder with holes cuts in it. (See attachment)
As u can see the holes aren't completely cut out and i want to do that.
But I have no clue how to do it since the featureworks doesn't recognizes it as extruded cuts.
Can anyone offer help?

I cannot open the file at the moment, try selecting the circular outlines of the holes in a new sketch and use 'convert entities' to convert them into a new sketch, then create a new extruded cut all the way through the base.
