I have say curve A. I offsetted (associative)curve A to get curve B.
I used this curve B to create solid body by extrusion.
If I edit parameters of offset curve and redefine string (I selected curve C insted of curve A as input curve), curve B is updated.Curve B is now offset to curve C. But the solid body which used curve B is not updated.
Any help?

Did you change the feature order so that the extrusion is after the curve B update?

Extrusion is after the offset curve.
Ideally when offset curve updates, extrusion should update.

It updates at my place,
You should have the curve C before Offset.

Are any of your curves in sketches? Is there anything that generates curve A and C (ie are they just basic curves you created or are they made with projection, intersection, offset, etc)?

Curve A is in sketch. Curve C is simple spline. May I pl. know how that affects?
I've not toggled delayed update on.

So is curve B also in the sketch or is it outside of the sketch? I'm thinking that your features are linked to the sketch so even when you redefine your string, UG still goes back to the original sketch. You may have to 'unlink' the sketch somehow so that it is no longer a parent of any of the objects you want to use.
