Dear,
I’m writing you to understand the correct interpretation of the paragraph C.3.6.
The external floating roof drawing has had twenty-nine bulkheads in the peripheral rim (in this case rim 1), and in accordance with API 650 standards the purchaser is mandatory to make the welding along the edge of the each compartment, also the seal-weld under the top deck and the each compartment.
I’d would like understand if the compartment are also rims 2-3-4-5 and is the constructer of tank is mandatory to make the fill- weld between under top deck and each rim or otherwise it is possible the stitch welding.
Thanks a lot for you co-operation.
Regards
Clauxx
