Exporting a CATIA generated table to Excel

I am sure it has been asked many times but I cannot locate exactly what I need. I simply want to export or transfer a catia generated table to Excel. The table was generated in the drafting workbench.

I might be wrong but i think the only solutions I've seen were VBA script. Not sure any solution is available OOTB...
