Catia V5 Macro - SmartTeam info to Excel

How can I create a VBA macro for Catia to extract info like part number, density, material, etc. so that I can manipulate it and put it in a spreadsheet? I know it's possible, but I can't find the documentation that describes how.

I see, but I dont see any properties or methods of StiDbItem that'd give me profile card information, can you provide an example?
