Expansion Joint Size

What is the maximum practical expansion joint size that can be used between a 37-story residential tower and 10-story parking garage building. Deflections at the 10th story are high.

Contact Balco. They have some joint systems that can accomodate 4" of movement. Larger than that you may have to go to a custom design.
