existing autocad custom template

I forget how to open an existing custom template,edit it, and then save it to the same name.
example I want to change textfill from 0 to 1 in that particular template
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
SaveAs, file type = template, use the same name and respond Yes to overwriting.
