Does this make enough sense to excite?

A precast lightweight concrete modular simulated cut stone continuous cavity stay in place forming system for column supported post tensioned slab construction. The form pieces are all light enough to be manually handled by an individual. After easy assembly, columns and spandrel beams quickly form within the continuous cavity and are then poured monolithically with the post tensioned slab. Within the wall cavity that is free from column and beams, the hollow is fillable with insulation or material for increased mass, whatever the environment dictates.
A continuous cavity wall system can be perfect for underground construction and total elimination of moisture problems.
Is this a pipe dream or could reality manifest such a thing?

Well, what industry uses for these things are masonry units with Us etc and sandwhich panels. All is going around the same. In Spain there are even columns and beams systems made such way at least 25 years old, now even polyestyrene forms integral with beams are being promoted. All is going around ideas, some are already made and it is just a matter to locate it. Buckling may be a problem for continuous cavity walls whithout transverse unions.
