Does anyone have any experience with Evan Guy's HF1 engine as used in the Merlin UAV and his new twin cylinder engine, Spectre?

I am looking for a 13 - 20 hp engine to put on the Burt Rutan Q1 as a UAV to be built in Iraq as an observation platform and as nodes in a communication mesh network.
