Is there an electrical wiring code book in English that would be helpful for an electrian working with comerical and residential wiring in portugal? Is there a standard code for Europe?

Hi Brooker, In EN 60204-1 (electrical standard for machinery) in th the Normative references it calls out IEC 60364-4-X and there are several parts depending on your specific installation requirement. For example IEC 60364-4-41 title "Electrical installations of buildings - Part 4 Protection of Safety, Chapter 41 Protection against electric shock".
