ETABS MODEL CHECKING MEMBERS TOO CLOSE TO EACH OTHER

The error shown in the picture keep bugging me in ETABS V 16.2.1. AS CSI website recommeded I tried exporting and importing the model, but the error still happen to be there. Is there any way to resolve it.

It's telling you that you may have duplicate members. Have you gone to those node locations to see if you can figure out what it's talking about?
 
Or sometimes things aren't quite connected or are overlapping slightly. Pick the locations one by one and zoom in.

Sometime splitting the members at a joint where you have a beam spanning onto another member helps you align and connect things.
