Etabs 19 vs etabs 18

When I open etabs 18 file with v19,I found all the columns unsafe specially in shear.do anyone have clarification?

You already posted this question, where someone referred you to move it to the ETABS forums instead. I'd assume that the moderators would prefer that you wouldn't post the same questions multiple times.
