Error in Machine Tool Simulation

When I try to run a machine tool simulation for milling with a machine that I created
I get this error.

Machine Tool Simulation
Main Parse Error after reading '%'

What could that be? Sometime before I get that error I get another error which says part mount junction error.

Can anyone tell me what should be done?
