Equivalent of ELFORCE in Abaqus

I need to have in output the membrane forces in each shell element. In Nastran the command is ELFORCE, does anyone know if there is anything similar in ABAQUS? Thank you

Check the output variable SF (section forces), it should be what you are looking for.

Thank you! I thought about it but was not sure since it was the section not the elements
