Sorry, I don't have an equation but I've used the referenced above add-in and have been happy with it. If you need a standalone equation, I'd develop a correlation in Excel.
I haven't used the correlation you shown but based on it's pretty basic coefficients, you should be able to get a better match pretty easy.
