Can anyone advise?
Does anyone now of a test which can varify the blow rate and cure rate of this compound. We are currently buying in this compound and the only test we have is a cure time and torque result.
We are moulding the products in aluminium tools and are currently having difficulties in controlling the platen temperature. From cavity to cavity we have a temperature differance of 5-10 degrees.
Does pressure also have an effect on the moulding process. As some of the presses clamp at a different pressure. We have the pressure set at around 70Bar-Due to aluminium tools.
Our rejects at the moment are quite high,any advise would be helpful.
