ELement solid185 inside out, what to do?

What doing a non linear analysis, I have got an error
"elment N° 249 inside out! (element solid185)". What to do in this case?

Try refining the mesh. Or increasing the number of load steps.

Your loads are - locally within the model somewhere - probably very high which is causing this error. The elements have become highly distorted because of this load. Check your loads and boundary conditions are correct and check your mesh density around this area, making sure you have good quality (shape) elements.
