Hi!!!! everyone
what will happen if the alternator of the power plant have leading reactive energy as we know that that the alternator of the power plant generally have lagging reactive energy??

The voltage will rise.
One limit of power line capacity is the capability of the transformer On-Load-Tap-Changers to compensate for line losses.
I know of one instance where this was done intentionally.
A city was at the end of a fairly long transmission line.
As the city grew, the transmission line voltage drop due to the increased electrical load was becoming an issue.
When the city was much smaller it had been supplied by a local diesel generating plant.
The old diesel plant was taken out of mothballs and put on line.
It was intentionally run at a leading power factor to compensate for line losses and raise the voltage.

Another way to explain the effect is to state that the plant starts to act like a synchronous condenser.
