Is there any formula or table excerpt from ruling standards that list the effect of temperature on the mechanical properties of metals (steel) i.e effects on UTS, yield strenght and modulus of elasticity ??

In particular ASTM 240 type 316

Yes, there are tables that show the effects of service temperature on tensile properties of metals and MOE. This information can be found in ASME B&PV Code, Section II, Part D.

That information may also be found in either API 620 or API 650. However, ASME Section II part D is the gold standard.
