What if there is a PMI test of welds after all welding jobs are over?
Even its not there in the original QA Plan, somebody gets wind of usage of different SS electrodes and insists on a PMI of welds?

We have surplus stock of E312-16,thats why i would like to check for usability

For deviations, I'd like to see at least:
- a complete WPQR (BW with all mechanicals, and macro/micro that show a satisfying metallurgical compatibility (high FN of 312!)
- Schaeffler / De Long / WRC / ... diagram for the range of dilutions used in welding
- statement of compliance with requirements (anything out of the ordinary during service that requires low(er) ferrite content for corrosion applications?)
