Happy new year to all !

Could anyone guide me how to estimate dynamic stiffness for steel pipe piles without actual pile load tests? Test piles will be put in few months down the lane. These piles are about 30 meter deep and doesn't bear on hard stratum. Soil layers are primarily clays. Novak paper has empirical reationships for wood and concrete piles, but nothing for steel pipe piles. Is there any good reference which could help arrive at ballpark figures?

Thanks,
