It's possible to do a dynamic analysis of a composite laminated with delamination, using cohesive elements?

My objective is to analyze the frequency response function (FRF) and the natural frequencies of the laminated.

Yes, but no. FRF and natural frequencies apply to linear systems, so there's no particular advantage in using cohesive elements. You could do some sort of staged approach, ie do a linear analysis at distinct stages as the structure deforms, I suppose. As to the rest of your question, yes. Google.

Cheers
