DXF import error

I am trying to import a DXF file of a footing. The DXF file is drawn in Autocad 2010 and exported as 2004 DXF. When I try to import it in Femap version 10, I get the error message Group code 421 unknown.

Try exporting the DXF to an earlier version (2000 worked for me). I guess the most recent DXF format isn't supported yet.
