Make sure you have the file in this location - C:\Program Files\SolidWorks\dwgeditor\English\help - If you do try running a repair on your SW. See faq559-908
If you don't have that file try running a Modify - Same as a repair except you have to pick Modify instead, plus you have to have the CD's at your station.
