How durable is industrialized construction really, and what factors most affect its lifespan compared to traditional building methods?

yeah, you have to be more specific in your terminology. are "traditional" building methods "wattle and daub" ?

if you're talking about modern building methods, how is "industrialized construction" different to "traditional methods" ?
 
Stacked rocks of sufficient size seem to have some durability.
 
I’m referring to industrialized modular construction using GRC panels and similar systems. I’d like to know whether these new construction methods can achieve the same durability as traditional construction, and what measures can be taken to ensure effective maintenance.
 
Take a second and think things through.
How are the panels made - and what tolerances? Of what materials? How are they put together to form structures?
How do those answers stack up against "traditional" (whatever that means in your part of the world) materials and geometries?

What factors affect traditional construction? Are they going to impact the new materials (and methods) equally?
