I want to duplicate the sheets in my drawings exactly so I can have (1) sheet showing English and the other Chinese. Is there and easy way to do this keeping it (1) drawing file?

One way of doing this is to do a save as on the drawing and create a copy. After go on the original drawing and insert shared data from file and merge the copy with the original. This will create a new sheet with the copy of the drawing in it.
The problem would be that if you have shon dimensions (real part dimensions), they will not show on the second sheet.

You can get them to show if you make the part a family table. Make an identical instance and show that on the copied drawing. Where you are going to run into problems is when you start making detail changes to the drawing such as notes and symbols. After you do the copy, all changes will have to be made in each version.

Thanks for the input guys. The missing dimensions were throwing me for a loop but the family table worked great. This does however create dual maintenance but the trade off is worth it in my case (for now). Besides creating a larger print with more room for English and Chinese on the same page, are there any other suggestions for having controlled documents requiring less maintenance? Thanks again.
