To flange face for a pressure tap. Thickness of flange is 6 in. Concern about chips and wear on drill. Also suggest coolant type and rate.

Kennametal Catalog # K210A07500HP Speed / Feed 270 SFM and .010 IPR This Sir is all you will need for tooling. Do not spot drill for the hole just drill it. Upvote 0 Downvote
