Drawing view pallet ?

Does anyone know how to make the "View Pallet" automatically fly out when a new drawing is created so one may pick the views of a part to drop on the drawing? I find now that sometimes it appears automatically while other times it does not... what drives this to come out ?

Always create your drawings the same way. For example pick “File”, “Make drawing from Part”.

Thanks! I didn't realize that creating a drawing using "make drawing from part" invoked different functions of SW
