Drawing helical internal gear

Hi! I've been trying to model this internal gear using the helix command and the tooth profile, but I'm getting this error. Can someone explain how I can properly create this internal part? Thank you.

Looks like the face you're applying the helix to isn't perpendicular to the bore.
