drawing a line at an angle

I'm using Draftsight v1r4, WIN XP SP3. Something happened in the last few minutes and for some reason I can't draw a line at an angle, any angle. It seems fixed so that I can only draw horizontal or vertical. What's going on? Is there a setting to undo this?

Look at the bottom of your screen, and check if Ortho is on. Make sure that it is off and that Polar is on.

"F8" key toggles Ortho mode On/Off.
