Does any one know where the text
"Rules for the design construction and inspection of offshore structures" by Det norske Veritas can be located. This text is referenced in API RP2A 2.3.1.b.7.

If you are looking for drag coefficients, they can easily be found on the internet. They are not specifically a "code" thing, but are a fluid mechanics thing.
