Drag chute test 1

I'm dealing with a 20000 pounds acft, single jet engine. I intended to set a complete test for a new drag chute for this acft. Does anybody know a MIL spec, NASA or FAA documents, etc about test procedures on drag chutes?
Any clue will be appreciated.
