Is it possible to change the ribbon color to a darker color in Draftsight? both solidworks and autocad have this feature, but I cannot find it in Draftsight.

If you're using Classic Default, you can change the color of the toolbars and other elements by;
Right click on Desktop.
Personalize.
Window Color.
Advanced Appearance Setting.
3D Objects - set color.
This doesn't carry over to the Drafting & Annotation view and it may affect other program borders.
Not a simple Light/Dark like other programs.
