I'm trying to put a box around my diameter demention in UG-nx 7.5

the link below shows what i want to do. i could use the note and make it look the same but i want it to change when i change the part... any suggestions?

. . . and then under your Dimensions tab look under the "Milimeters" and "Inches" buttons and you will see a pull down with 1.00 probably showing, touch the arrow and you will see the options that you can select from, the basic dimension (rectangle around dimension) is fourth from the bottom.
