Double Start Stub Acme 10 TPI Threads with .2 lead - Differences in callout from single start thread

Will the double start affect the thread strength or torque value of a single start thread? If the pitch is the same, it should not matter, right? It’s just two threads working together instead of one. Unless there is something I missed.

A 10 TPI thread would have .1 pitch but .2 lead correct with 180 degree spacing.

IS there anything special other than the number of starts that needs to be called out different from a single start stub acme thread with 2G Tolerance?

Not that I have seen when doing MilSpec work; both 2-start and 4-start threads.
