Double arrows on detail view dim's

Is there a way to have diameter dimensions on a detail view show with double arrow heads? Also, my dimension lines entend to where the other attachment point would be. I would like to relimit those dimensions lines.

I found where I can change the arrow head style, but i would still like to relimit the dimension line so that it is not so long. If I am going to show the entire dimension line, I might as well show the entire view?
