Is it permissable to use a Dolly-mix (Vertical up GTAW / SMAW - Vertical Down) Groove PQR in P1 Group 1 (Without notch toughness)to perform a vertical groove weld? Code is ASME IX, with no application standards

The WPS could have been qualified in the flat (1G) position.
The welder(s) will also have to be qualified in the progressions stated.
