Does UCL apply to cladding on tubesheet?

Hi,

I have a question about the scope of ASME UCL. For a stainless steel STHE made with SA-240 304L on both sides, using an SA-965 F304L tubesheet with a corrosion-resistant cladding, and no welding to the cladding. Would this STHE fall under the scope of UCL rules?

What corrosion resistant cladding material are you planning? Your base material SA-965 F304L itself is corrosion resistant.
