Does Solidworks have splines & conics?

it has both 2d and 3d splines, COS spline. but no rho controlled
conic.it has parabola ,arc and ellipse sketch entities as separate
commands.

you have to use a spline (3 degree curve) as a work around. A conic is basically a (2 degree curve)
