Does NX have a command similar to Creo's Spinal Bend?

I have a bellow on a steering gear that I am trying to bend along a curve. The large end would stay fixed, but the small end would bend down (and forward/aft). See pic below...

Any ideas?

Attached is a video of a 'flexible hose' I modeled some time ago where I used a spline to define it's path. All you have to do is edit the shape of the spline to edit the path of the 'hose'.
