Sep 20, 2010 #5 RiserEngineer Marine/Ocean Sep 20, 2010 1 Hi, The Jonswap SEED in Orcaflex is used to define the pseudorandom irregular wave. This means that although an irregular simulation is 'random', it can be repeated - e.g. the seed 12345 will always give exactly the same wave train. The meaning is the same in RP-F109.
