If I am understanding it - there is a 600mm and 450mm HDPE pipe entering the structure on opposite walls and a 610mm x 965mm ERCP on another wall. A standard box size to accommodate this in my locale would be 1675mm x 1220mm. It would require a reinforced 200mm thick top slab with a "top unit" containing the inlet frame and grate on top of the slab.
