a naphtha storage tank, capacity (20080 cubic meter) dimension 42.7m diameter and 16.5 m height.
the level in the tank is 0.7 m (756 tone of naphtha) and it's content amount of mercury (184 ppb).
We want to get rid of these naphtha.
What are the environmental standards and disposal methods are commonly used in such cases? Or any suggestions on this topic ?
