Directional Drilling

Hi! All,

I'm working on watermain river crossing project. The soils consisted of gravel with numerous cobbles on one side (drilling refusal in the gravel) and very dense silt on the other side of the river. Looking for directional drilling. Is it feasible? Any thoughts are welcome.
