Dimensioning section in drawing

I think you need to add a centerline first. Then dimension from the centerline to the edge for the radius. And use the LEADER option to change it from Radius to Diameter.

Maybe there's a better way?

While your dimension is still highlighted, go into "leaders" tab and change "radius" to "diameter"
