Did i choose wrong lithium ion battery bms ?

Usually you can run a few less batteries than the BMS capacity. Some BMSes have you skip the bottom cell lead some the top and I've even seen some have you skip specific middle ones.
I'm not sure on the Daly BMSes.
Why not write the company. They answer quickly and will give you a definitive answer.

Those look like 22 gauge wires; not sure they're ideal for something than can probably dump 800 amps into a dead short.

Tiz the industry standard IR. They are only there to sense the cell potentials so they feed high impedance inputs.
Though the big current leads and even the FETs are indeed usually a joke with respect to the actual current ratings.
