Is the experience building as our technology grows in this area? I have been searching for a Project Manager to run a large highly visible project but there are so few people with this type of experience in the Southeast US. Especially running large projects.

I doubt THAT -- There are MANY good people looking for these type jobs - as long as you pay what they are worth!!

Very general and vague statements. Who do you know that has Diaphragm Wall or Slurry Wall experience at a big scale level? How many people does that amount to? Pay is not a question.

You asked for a Project Engineer - now you are getting picky.

I have no clue if these people exist - although I would imagine they do.. Give me 6 months and I can be the best Diaphragm and shear wall engineer you ever saw.

Done it more than once.

Where is at and how much does it pay??

He asked for a Project Manager with experience.

I have been a project manager on a large diaphragm wall project, prior to that job I had no diaphragm or slurry wallexperience but had been project manager on a number of civil engineering projects. My lack of specific experience wasn't a concern as we were using a specialist subcontractor (Bauer GmbH)and my general civils experience was sufficient to understand the concepts and manage them.
