Greetings,
For many years I have been looking for a conversion of DFU (drainage fixture units) to GPM. Civil engineers always accept the DFU and somehow find a way to comvert it.
Anyone have a method of their own. Hazen-Williams is close.

Get yourself a plumbing book. Most plumbing books have a discussion of fixture units.

Try the Piping Handbook by Nayyar, McGraw Hill. This book has a flow chart showing diameter of pipe capacity versus fixture units and slope.
